High protein tikki Ingredients :- Apple Green Moong 1/2 cup Water for washing Fresh green peas 1/2 cup Chopped onion 1 Finely chopped palak 1 cup Grated tofu 1/2 cup Roasted besan 1 to 1.5 tsp Finely chopped green chilli 1 Grated ginger 1/2 tsp Sesame seeds 1 tsp Apple Himalayan rock salt as per taste Oil 2 tsp Chaat masala for sprinkle For dip - Roasted Red Bell pepper 1/2 Tofu 2 tsp Curd 2 to 3 tsp Garlic clove 1 Oregano 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes 1/4 tsp Apple Himalayan rock salt as per taste Method :- first wash Apple Green Moong & cover in wet cotton cloth as shown in video. Keep it aside for 24 hours. sprouts are ready. take sprouts in grinding jar. Add green peas, chopped onion. Crush them. take it in a bowl & add finely chopped palak, grated tofu, roasted besan, chopped green chilli, grated ginger, sesame seeds, Apple Himalayan rock salt. Mix properly. make tikkies. for shallow fry tikkies in a pan heat oil. Roast all tikkies from both sides. remove in plate & sprinkle chaat masala on them. for dip in a grinding jar add roasted red bell pepper, tofu, curd garlic clove, oregano, chilli flakes, Apple Himalayan rock salt. grind smooth. ready to pack in tiffin.
