Rawa veggie pancake with chutney Ingredients :- For better - Apple Rawa 1 cup Curd 1/2 cup Water as per the requirement Chopped capsicum 2 tbsp Chopped onion 2 tbsp Grated carrot 2 tbsp Chopped coriander 2 tbsp Ginger green chilli paste 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Apple himalayan rock salt as per taste Water 1 to 2 tbsp ( as required ) Fruit salt 1/2 tsp Water 1 tsp Other ingredients - Oil 1 tbsp + 1 tsp Method:- • For batter take Apple rawa. Add Curd and water to make thick batter. • Mix it properly. • Rest it for 10 minutes. • Now add all the vegetables in the prepared batter. • Add ginger green chilli paste, red chilli powder, apple himalayan rock salt. • Mix it properly. • If the batter is thick we can add water to make proper consistency. • Add fruit salt and water to activate it. • Mix it in a single direction. • Batter is ready. • Now grease the pan with oil and place the cookie cutter on the pan. • Pour the prepared batter in the cookie cutter and spread it evenly according to the shape. • Pour some oil on the shapes. • Cook for 3 - 5 minutes. • Remove the cookie cutter and flip the pancake. • Cook it from both the sides. • Pancakes are ready. • Make all the pancakes. • Cool it down and pack it in tiffin.
