Filling: ✔ Boiled condensed milk (380 g) ≈ 13.4 oz ≈ 1.1 cups). ✔ For greasing: egg yolk + 1 tbsp milk. ✔ For sprinkling: a few almond flakes (optional). 🕒 Bake at 180 °C for about 25 minutes. The exact baking time depends on the power of your oven. ❗Notes ❗ ✅Depending on the consistency of the sour cream, the size of the eggs, and the quality of the flour, the required amount may vary slightly. Add the flour gradually and knead a very soft dough. At first, it may stick strongly to your hands. Don’t overdo it with flour. Just apply a little vegetable oil to the dough and grease your hands with it. The dough will then no longer stick and will gradually become elastic. ✅You can prepare different fillings: jam, fruit preserves, dried fruits, nuts, apple compote, cottage cheese. ✅My filling leaked a bit, but not because I didn’t seal the edges well, but because the dough rose significantly, swelled, and slightly tore.
