Chest Workout | Ft. Homecoming 💪

After almost 10–12 months away from the gym, I finally came back home from my MBBS studies abroad and decided to restart my fitness journey. This video shows my chest workout and the progress I've made in just the last 12 days. During my time away, I wasn't completely inactive. I stayed consistent with calisthenics and bodyweight exercises whenever possible, which helped me maintain a good foundation. Now that I'm back, I'm rebuilding my strength while balancing the demanding life of an MBBS student.
