Westwing customer Natascha found this charming house with its red wood cladding right in the heart of Bremen. Inside, however, it's furnished quite differently than you'd expect from the outside. See for yourself the unique charm this house exudes in this coastal city! You can follow Natascha on Instagram under the profile roeda_hus: / roeda_hus Natasha's interior design tips: 1. Creates elegance through golden accents 2. Design your own furniture for more individuality 3. Use lime paint for a more interesting look 4. Create statement eye-catchers with statement lamps The family with their little dachshund previously lived in North Rhine-Westphalia and have now moved back to their hometown of Bremen, where they all feel very much at home. After several viewings, they discovered the red house with white accents and immediately fell in love with it. And no wonder, because you don't find such a house very often here in Germany! Especially in autumn, decorated with pumpkins, it's very reminiscent of a Swedish house. Natasha's interior design style is rather understated: the basic colors are white, beige, and gold, creating a glamorous yet calming and cozy atmosphere. In the bedroom, the lime paint on the walls plays a significant role, as it is used extensively and, through its rustic look combined with the golden elements, creates this snug hygge ambiance. The color scheme continues in the kitchen. It's furnished in a chic country style and includes a central kitchen island. Next to the kitchen is a sideboard that Natascha designed entirely herself. Because if she can't find anything she likes, she simply has to create it herself! For this, she took a white cabinet with glass doors and incorporated Viennese cane webbing to create a more natural look. Natasha loves spending her time after work on the beautiful veranda. The view of the garden and vegetable beds is her favorite. For Natasha, the garden is her favorite retreat and gives her a feeling of security.
