Wing Passion, Passion is passion. Driving 1550km across Europe just to be on the water with your best friends at Easter is definitely passion. I love driving long distances in my bus; meditation, being alone with your thoughts, or listening to a good audiobook in its entirety is a dream. The destination of the Easter trip was the fantastic wind spot Leucate. Even on the highway, there were signs everywhere warning of strong winds. They weren't a lie; it blasted with gale force every single day. Often, 3-person wings were still too big! Once there, I met my kindergarten and lifelong friend Sebastian and my best French friend Vincent. Both absolutely passionate surfers and wingers. A quick visit to the wing pros at the Mondial Du Vent, then I went on the board of passion myself at the Teleski spot. It was a dreamy few days, as always at Easter, with many other questions about life and death. A second part of the trip will be here in the next few days.
