Look what we discovered in the Scenic Rim! A little slice of Heaven in South East Queensland.

We took a well earned break with our good friends, Marty and Del and stayed in large, open Hipcamp site, known as Angel Retreat. From there we explored many sites in the local area, including Spicer's Gap, Mount Alford, Boonah and Lake Moogerah. The weather was glorious and we experienced camp fire cooking while watching the Matildas (Aussie Women's Soccer Team) reach the Wold Cup Semi Finals. We thoroughly recommend this camp site and it's a great place for groups of friends and family to spend time together. Enjoy!
