The reason why it is called "Five Nuts" is because the traditional filling is literally made of 5 different kinds of nuts. After improvement, the Five Nuts Mooncake now have different dried fruits added. Today I used candied winter melon, dried cranberries, candied orange peel, not only added sweet and sour taste, but also added another level of natural color.
