Let's Build the RPG! - 13 - How to Build a Scene from Scratch in Unreal Engine 5
In this episode I go through my strategy and techniques for creating a scene from the ground up. We talk about the planning process and how to get ready before you even start putting together your scene. You'll see how I went about identifying assets for decorating the final quadrant of our garden, the fire quadrant. Then we cover how the process of experimentation that enables us to figure out what is going to work best for a given scene. Lastly, we talk about symbolic elements, and I put together some of those elements in the air quadrant, water quadrant, and finally the earth quadrant of our garden.
