Jake’s story | Crisis

When his father became ill, Jake became his full-time carer. But when his dad died, Jake not only lost a parent but the right the live in the home they were sharing. With that double blow, his world fell apart. But with our help he’s now in a permanent home and starting a life he hopes would make his dad proud. We work year round with people facing homelessness to help them rebuild their lives and find stable secure accommodation that they’re able to sustain.
