Yin Yoga for Side Body Opening, Release & Mobility

A grounding yin yoga practice focused on the lateral lines of the body through long, passive holds and mindful awareness. In this class we explore side body opening, fascial release, and the relationship between yin and yang within the body — working first with one side and then the other to notice balance, sensation, resistance, and support. Please have: a yoga block a cushion or a blanket for support Practicing close to the ocean beneath a cloudy sky, this session invites a slower rhythm, spaciousness, and deeper connection to the body through stillness and breath.
