Emilia: Warum bist du 600 km gejoggt?

In this episode, I have content creator Emilia as my guest. Emilia was already a guest here in January 2024, and now, over two years later, we've met again. Emilia creates lifestyle and sports content, used to have her own podcast, and is deeply involved in personal development. A year and a half ago, Emilia jogged from Munich to Cologne – a distance of around 600 km. We talk about why she wanted to do it, why she was tired of just creating fashion content, and what the challenge taught her. She tells me why she feels more mature now, how she dealt with her breakup with her ex-boyfriend, and why she wants to learn to spend less time on her phone.
