Triceps Workout Training Routine 6/27/2026
This is a great triceps workout right here! We started off with dips, warmed up with a set of bodyweight, and then hit a few sets of weighted. We decided to throw in some seated reverse cable tricep extensions from the bottom, close grip, on the ez curl bar for the second exercise. Broke out the old close grip Dynabody PowerPress after that. Our fourth triceps exercise was seated reverse incline cable tricep extensions from the top, with the Bells Of Steel fat grip v bar. We finished up today's workout with standing one arm side cable tricep extensions, with the single rope attachment. #Triceps #TricepWorkout #Gym #Workout
