Chest Workout Routine 6/24/2026

In three more months, it will be four years since I tore my right pec, lat, and tricep. Each week I keep hoping that I am going to regain some of my strength back. And each week, I am left wondering if I'm ever going to get it back. I hate to even post this chest workout. It's actually a great workout, I just can't do any impressive weights anymore. We started out with flat bench press today. Flat dumbell press was our chosen second exercise. I believe we did incline dumbell flies after that, followed by some bodyweight dips. And we ended today's chest workout with a few sets on the pec deck. Maybe one day I will be able to do more of what I used to be able to do, before I get too old.
