捏ね不要!ボウルの中で混ぜてパン生地作り! コロンとかわいいプチフランスぱんを作ってみませんか? 【材料】6個分 ・準強力粉:200g ・きび砂糖:5g ・塩:3g ・ドライイースト:2g ・水:150g 【作り方】 1、ボウルに準強力粉、きび砂糖、塩、ドライイーストを入れ軽く混ぜ合わせます 2、水を加え、粉気がなくなるまでよく混ぜます 3、ラップをかけて20分休ませます 4、生地を中心に寄せる感じで50回ほど折りたたみます 5、ラップをかけて40〜50分休ませます 6、生地を分割し丸く成形します 7、30分二次発酵させます 8、強力粉をふりかけクープを入れます 9、オーブンを240℃に予熱し、予熱が完了したら庫内に水をスプレーします 10、240℃で15〜18分焼きます No kneading required!
