I holed up at the highly rated and reasonably priced Hotel Bell Classic Tokyo in Otsuka. It's located in the city center, but at just 8,000 yen, it's great value for money. And yet, the room felt like a high-class hotel, It was a quiet and relaxing space. The Omi beef bento was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It matched perfectly with the classical room, making for a luxurious yet relaxed evening. Since the room was reasonably priced, I added the breakfast buffet as an option...and it was a great choice. As you'd expect from a hotel with an attached wedding venue, the breakfast was sophisticated and very satisfying.
