We continue our adventure in one of the most enigmatic places in Lower Silesia! After the first sensational discoveries in the well of Grodziec Castle, the Exploration Team of Odkrywca Magazine returns to once again peer into its dark and secret-filled interior. In this episode, we delve even deeper – literally and figuratively. Each new stage of research reveals increasingly interesting and enigmatic artifacts that may shed new light on long-forgotten chapters of the castle's history. The deeper we go, the more extraordinary objects we discover – some of them may have been hidden for hundreds of years! The research is being conducted as part of the historical and archaeological project "Grodiec Castle Well," headed by historian Łukasz Orlicki (publishing director of Odkrywca magazine). Dr. Radosław Biel (editor-in-chief of Archaeologia Żywa magazine) is responsible for the archaeological aspects. The project is funded by the Institute of Historical and Regional Research – publisher of Odkrywca and Archaeologia Żywa magazines. Conservation and documentation of the acquired artifacts are being carried out in collaboration with conservator Jagoda Ciechanowska and students from the Faculty of Sculpture at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław.
