This time, we're bringing you a 35-minute compilation of the health exercises from March and April! To help you stay healthy during the changing seasons, we'll be doing plenty of full-body exercises and stretches that can be done while sitting in a chair. [Key points of this video] First half: Exercises and stretches aimed at loosening stiff muscles and achieving stable walking to reduce the risk of falls. Second half: Regulating the often-disrupted autonomic nervous system, improving posture (preventing hunchback), and preventing aspiration and choking, thus building a healthy body. ⚠️【Important Request for Safe Exercise】 This exercise session is 35 minutes long. There is a break in the video, but please remember to hydrate frequently at your own pace. Please do not overexert yourself; exercise only within a comfortable, pain-free range.
