Some Things Are Better Left to Professionals — Renovation Diaries Ep.6 ⚒️ #tinyhome #slowrenovation

Welcome to another week of "Angela wasting time on things she should probably just hire professionals for." Well... almost. Welcome back to my tiny house renovation diaries! 🏡 This week, my weekend was packed, so I only managed to spend about six hours on the property after work. My plan was to finish setting the fence posts and give the water situation another shot. I failed... again. But I did learn something: sometimes it's okay to ask for help, or simply accept it when it's offered. I've always struggled with that, but I think I'm slowly getting better. I'm telling you, I'm going to be a completely different person by the end of this renovation. A project like this requires so much personal growth if you want to get through it without completely wrecking your body... and your mind. This week wasn't particularly eventful, but I did manage to secure all the fence posts with concrete, and I even started putting up the fence. It didn't exactly go according to plan (you'll see why 😅), but I still showed up, and honestly, that's what matters most. I'm noticing a bit of a pattern now. Progress seems to get smaller each week as I try to balance work, life, and this renovation without losing my mind. But at the end of the day, I still walk away feeling proud of what I managed to do, and I think that's what really matters. The support from all of you has been absolutely unreal. I genuinely can't wrap my head around the fact that more than 23,000 people here on YouTube (and another 7,000+ on Instagram) are following this journey. It's completely surreal... and incredibly awesome. I'm so grateful I get to share this adventure with you. This little community we're building means a lot to me, and I do my best to reply to as many comments as I can. As I mentioned in the video, here's my Buy Me a Coffee page if you happen to feel sorry for me after watching 😅 (although honestly, just all of you being here is more than enough support): ☕ https://buymeacoffee.com/picicasa/ You can also follow along on Instagram, I post the reels there before reposting the shorts here (and some other real-time content on the Stories):   / picicasa   Thank you so much for being here, Angela Chapters: 00:00:00 Intro 00:00:17 Packing the Volvo to the max 00:01:09 Arriving to PiciCasa 00:02:21 Another dump run 00:02:57 Talking about my gate and fence in the front 00:03:57 At the store 00:04:18 Giving one last shot to fixing the water 00:06:26 Results 00:07:25 Moving on to the fence posts 00:08:05 Pebbles for drainage 00:09:41 Concrete 00:11:49 Done with the concrete 00:11:52 The next day (july 10) 00:12:22 Plans for the afternoon 00:13:04 Watering the concrete 00:13:27 Putting up the fence 00:15:52 Not enough fence... 00:16:34 Little chat 00:19:13 Property walk 00:20:16 Apple trees 00:20:53 Views 00:21:41 Outro #tinyhouse #tinyhouses #tinyhouserenovation #tinyhome #tinyhomerenovation #renovation #homerenovation #slowrenovation #renovationasmr #girlsdoingthings #diyrenovation
