From Forest to Food Garden | Off-Grid Self Sufficiency
We traded city life for 17 acres of forest in western Sweden, striving towards a simpler, more self-sufficient way of living. With no road access and zero prior experience, we’re learning everything from scratch as we build our little off-grid homestead. Food is, of course, one of the most important aspects of self-sufficiency. Last year, we began transforming a section of our forest into a garden plot. As two people who grew up mostly in apartments, gardening is completely new to us! Join us throughout the spring and early summer to see whether all our hard work pays off; if we manage to grow anything at all! Thanks for being part of our journey 🍓 Music made by: Off Grid Rookies #offgrid #gardening #growingfood #selfsufficiency #homesteading #simpleliving #foodgarden #offgridcabin
