Wanted to add these odd movements into a metcon to get comfortable with them and see where and what worked best. Took awhile to dial in timing and hand/foot placement. Luckily it's only 1 set of 21 of each. Will begin the tapering process tomorrow. 3 rpunds for time of 16 Dumbbell split jerks 50/35lb, 16 toes to bar, 16 Dumbbell hang split snatch 50/35lb. Rest 1 minute between rounds. Time cap 11 minutes, finished 7:56 RX Unbroken.
