Slow Flow Yoga for Strength for all levels 💪 This probably won't be the strongest sequence ever, I'll tell you that 😊 But maybe you're... 1) returning to your practice after a while and looking to build up your strength again or; 2) you've practiced for a while and want to up the strength level or; 3) you're completely new to yoga and want something stronger but slow enough to easily follow along... When we strengthen with yoga, it includes quite a lot of deep work with smaller and deeper muscles - we're fine-tuning our strength and movement skills. This is where the slow pace comes handy; it allows us time to find the needed muscle engagement and deeper support. This practice suits all levels of yogis.
