Slow Flow - Finding Ease through Movement! This 75-minute yoga practice combines gently flowing movements with stronger standing poses and longer held stretches towards the end of the practice 😃 The flow focuses on building stability in the lower body and finding freedom of movement through the spine and upper body. There are more dynamic moments throughout the practice, but the overall theme of finding ease will carry us through the full practice; I'll invite you to explore where you could soften and ease off the effort and where to hold onto the support and muscle engagement. If you're looking to create some spaciousness in the body and in the mind with a full-body flow, then this practice might be for you ☺️ Slow, mindful movement deeply connected with your breath...
