1hr of Half-Speed Cassette Ambient

Something a little different today, I wanted to get a chilled out longplay with the lava lamp, cassette and the winter light. This is the tape recording of the last video, played back at half speed (and processed in the DAW), I'll copy the patch notes from that below in case anyone missed it and wants to see them :) At the time of writing, we've just passed 1k subscribers!!! I'm completely stunned, and very very grateful. I'm really glad these videos can be of some enjoyment to everyone and looking forward to continuing this journey (into the 3rd year!!). Best wishes to everyone, and hope you have a great holiday season!! =D =D =D A copy of the recording of the patch from this video    • 30 Min of Generative Modular Ambient | Eur...   played back at half speed. Patch Notes: Norns Shield (Pi 3B+) Running "Otis" Modules: Behringer CP1-a power supply Micro Ornament and Crime (Benispheres firmware) After Later Audio Baker (MI Peaks clone) After Later Audio Beehive (MI Plaits clone) ALM Tangle Quartet Tenderfoot Electronics SVF-1 filter Instruo Ochd After Later Audio uBurst (MI Clouds clone) ALM HPO (headphone out) Firstly, two different snippets were recorded to Otis (without any modulation) and are being played back at 1.25 speed and -0.75 speed. Then the main patch is also running as follows: O_C is running TB-3PO and ClockDiv, ClockDiv is patched to regen the seed of TB-3PO with clock division of 8. The gate output of TB-3PO is triggering an AD envelope on Baker. The V/Oct is sequencing Beehive. Beehive is in one of the DX7 modes, with the audio out running through Tangle Quartet (modulated by the AD envelope) then going to SVF-1 SVF-1 is a low pass in the less polite resonance mode with some drive. Ochd is modulating everywhere! Bakers Envelope, Beehives Timbre and Morph, SVF-1s cutoff and uBursts blend. Some of the modulation is also attenuated by Tangle Quartet. uBurst is just providing reverb here, with the reverb amount being subtly modulated by Ochd. HPO out to Norns, with the recording to Norns Tape. Norns is also outputting to a speaker and the cassette recorder which is also running. Cassette Processing: The sony is then playing back into the DAW in this vid There's some low/high pass filters to cut out the extreme frequencies, Valhalla Supermassive to smooth everything out, EQ to tame everything again and some compression/limiting to set the levels.
