Generative Ambient Sketch | S1 + Norns (Lamellae/Graintopia)

A short generative sketch with several layers from Norns and bass from the Roland S1 using my script 'lamellae' and infinitedigits fantastic graintopia. It's not a proper overview video yet, but at least the norns screen is more visible than the last one xD For any interested norns users that haven't seen, lamellae is available from github: https://github.com/Not-A-Creative/lam... And the lines discussion is here: https://llllllll.co/t/lamellae/69409 Thank you so much for watching =D Hope you have a fantastic day =D Patch Notes: There are 3 layers to the sketch. First of all, I recorded a 30 second snippet using lamellae directly on to norns. Using 5 lamella (or plates as they're called in the code) in a major pentatonic scale (Gb) so it only went over 1 octave. The recording is then loaded into 2 'lands' of the fantastic graintopia script by infinite digits (https://llllllll.co/t/graintopia/62343). After tweaking the settings to something I liked, I let graintopia run for about 20 minutes and recorded the output back to norns again. For the sketch that recording is playing back on norns, whilst lamellae is running. Lamellae is set to the same scale as before pitched up and octave and with 12 lamella. Norns is then outputting both to the audio in on S1. S1 is running a patch I loaded from an older video tweaked for some extra modulation and with the oscillator range turned down. It's a saw + sub with chorus and slight pitch modulation. The filter is being slowly randomly modulated by the lfo. It's a 64 step sequence with each step at around 50% probability for some extra randomness. The output of S1 is going to the DAW, there's a touch of Valhalla supermassive on everything to bring the norns and S1 together a bit, plus the usual slight EQ and limiting.
