Bingka Kentang Bakar tanpa Oven || Bingka Bebanam || Wadai Banjar

Ingredients: 400g potatoes (boiled/steamed) 6 eggs vanilla 1/4 tsp salt 150g sugar/10-12 tbsp (to taste) 50g margarine 350ml coconut milk balls 40g gabin (rice balls) Note: If it's still sticky... try heating the greased mold for longer (3-5 minutes). Once the mold is hot, insert the banana leaf (don't forget to grease the banana leaf again) and pour in the bingka mixture. Once the bingka is cooked, don't pour it directly onto a plate.
