In this video I go over Positioning of the Meel and also ones body positioning, correct grip and how to begin to actually Swing the Meels to a 4 count. Watching people swinging clubs on YouTube I see so many people not able to position the club or their body into the correct positions. I was trained by Kashi Azad the founder of Persian Yoga and I believe I'm one of a very few students to have certified under him in the UK. As a martial artist I specialised in #Aikiken #Akijutsu and #Aikido at Dan grade for many years. This led me to my love of Club Training including Meels, Indian Clubs, Clubbells and Mace.
