Getting to grips with the 10kg and swinging the 16kg set which is my upper mist challenge right now. Getting a decent full swing on the 10kg still needs some work to strengthen the Glenohumeral joint capsule, along with ligaments snd tendons......this isn’t just muscle training this is nervous system and other soft tissues that have to be strengthened......
