Here's the written recipe: 166 g butter 86 g powdered sugar 27 g egg yolks 2 g vanilla extract 250 g flour Mix the softened butter with the sugar, then add the vanilla and egg yolks. Finally, add the flour and mix, stopping as soon as the ingredients are combined. Weigh out 8 g balls of dough and flatten them slightly. Add a peanut, almond, pistachio, or hazelnut (any nut works).
