Pêche du bord à Saint-Malo

During this sea fishing trip, from the shore, we are looking for fish with natural bait. The fishing takes place in Saint-Malo, near Bas-Sablons beach, and we are primarily looking for conger eel with large bait (squid head) as well as sea bass. At this spot, the fish arrive with the tide and bite well at the end of the rise. It is indeed a sea bass that attacks our bait, and I take advantage of this catch to go to Hubert, the regular of recipes on the naturalist channel. Delicious!
