Sea bass is a favorite among anglers on our coastline. This fish has many advantages: it can be caught using a variety of techniques, it puts up a good fight, and it's delicious. In this video, I present several highly effective fishing techniques: subsurface stickbait fishing from the rocks, soft lure fishing from a boat, and natural bait fishing from the shore. In all cases, we catch large specimens. We then visit Hubert, who will show us how to fillet this fish. Two approaches are offered: one for preparing sea bass in a sauce, and the other for barbecuing. In this instance, Hubert uses one of the fillets for a delicious recipe, with an excellent sauce whose preparation is shown in detail.
