As a coach I feel like there is never enough time to get everything done. This means that I have to be efficient and effective with my time. With every task/drill I give my athletes I aim to create functional and practical bodily movement. With that being said, here is one of the tumbling warm-ups I use to prepare the body for tumbling, to encourage better body awareness, and provoke thinking outside of the box.
