Ingredients: 200 g cottage cheese (I used farmer's cheese (tvorog), but cottage cheese or ricotta can also be used) 1 egg. 40 g grated mozzarella. Salt to taste. 40-50 g rice, whole grain, almond or flour of your choice. 1 teaspoon baking powder. Tomato paste for spreading on the bread. Grated mozzarella for sprinkling. Olive oil, or another type of oil for spreading on the baking paper. Avocado sauce. Ingredients: 1 avocado. 1 boiled egg. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 small onion. 2 cloves garlic. 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 50 cheese. Parsley. 1 tablespoon yogurt.
