Kickboxing Workout For Beginners – 20 Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout Routine For Weight Loss At Ho

Cardio, strength and coordination. A very good fat burning combination that is all present in this kickboxing workout for beginners. The workout consists of 2 sets that are repeated twice. This results in a 4 x 4 minute workout with short water breaks in between. Making up for a total of just under 20 minutes. This kickboxing workout contains most basic boxing moves and some kickboxing moves. Included are jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, front-kicks and knees. Be sure to watch your technique. Keep your arms at your face and your elbows against your body to protect your midsection! When you are a beginner to kickboxing, make sure you learn these techniques perfectly from the beginning. If I get positive feedback for this workout I will make more of these boxing and / or kickboxing workouts.
