If you love trying new varieties, you should try out Beirut Restauant in Kottayam. When Kalpita and I went to try their food, we didn't expect any Kerala-blended taste. We loved the food and the ambiance. Inside the kitchen, I watched the chefs grilling baby chicken in two different ways. Mincing of mutton for making mutton kebab was also going on. Majboos rice and Bukhari rice too were over the stove. We ordered Chicken Majboos rice, Bukhari rice, and a few other dishes. I forgot the hard-to-spell names of many Arabian dishes. The puddings that we had as desserts were delicious.
