Join me for a reformer pilates style workout using the resistance band. This 30 minute full body workout will give you the feel and challenge of a reformer workout whilst working at home on your mat. All you need is a resistance band. I've created this workout for those that like a challenge and are interested to see how pilates reformer work differs from pilates matwork, you'll also see how it is the same too. If you know the matwork well, you'll really benefit from having that experience when you do this workout but don't worry, I am here to guide you all the way.
