30 Minute Resistance Band Pilates Workout for a Strong Core, Toned Arms and Upper Back
Join me for a 30 Minute Full Body Resistance Band workout to tone, strengthen and stretch the body. Using the band we will work through the whole body, upper and lower, as well as some focused deep core work. I'll also introduce you to new and fun ways to both challenge and support your pilates practice. Great all over workout for toning the body. This is one to do 2-3 times a week to keep fit, flexible and strong. In response to the Coronavirus I teach a live class every Friday at 10am BST to keep people feeling motivated as well as mindful of taking care of their body at this time.
