Welcome to a gentle Christian Yoga class for better sleep. This is the first class in the "7 Days to Better Sleep" challenge. Today, we stretch while praying the "Welcoming Prayer," a practice that helps us enter into and release whatever we are feeling in the presence of God. This class is day 1 of a sleep series designed to help you find peace as you prepare to go to sleep.
