15 Minute Christian Yoga for Sleep and Insomnia - Seeking Selah Yoga

Hi friends, this is Holly with Seeking Selah Yoga. Have you ever had one of those nights where you wake up and it’s the middle of the night, and then you can’t get back to sleep? I think I know the answer -yes! We’ve all been there. I had a night recently where I got woken up at 12:30 and didn’t fall back asleep until 5:30! It was awful, I ultimately went to the living room to read the most boring book I could find titled, “How to grow more vegetables” and annoyingly enough I found it interesting! But I did eventually fall back asleep after finding a devotional on insomnia. I began thinking of how God uses all things for his glory and how could I use this situation for that purpose. Well folks, here it is, a yoga video for insomnia. This of course would be a good one to do for a relaxing stretch or as part of a bedtime routine so you’re always welcome on a re-watch to skip the intro and jump right in. I hope this helps you find the peace in your mind, body, and spirit so that you can get the rest you need.
