Dodital trek in Uttarakhand is a lake trek situated in the district of Uttarkashi. Dodital is a high-altitude lake situated at 3000 meters. This lake is surrounded by lush green forests and has some enchanting surrounding views. The dense forest here consists of rhododendron, pine, oak etc. Dodital trek starts from a small village called Agora which is about 30 kilometers from Uttarkashi city. This is a 17 kilometers trek from Agora. During the trek you cross few small places like Bebra & Manjhi. You can have your lunch & take a small rest at these places. There are few shed available in Manjhi where you can have a night stay. Though you won't get a lot of facilities here. Dodital also has religious significance. This place is also considered as the birthplace of Lord Ganesha. There is a temple here which is dedicated to Lord Ganesha & Maa Annapurna.
