Train your abs and core muscles in 15 minutes of ab work! In this 15-minute session, we'll be doing all new exercises. We'll do them all lying down on the floor. Place something under your back, like a mat. You can also use a towel, but be careful that the towel doesn't act like sandpaper between your back and the floor over time. You're then more likely to get chafed or burned, so be careful and use a mat. Furthermore, it's important during the ab workout to try to remove the problem from your abdomen as much as possible! By using your abdominal muscles, you'll quickly feel less back pain. For example, if you're doing sit-ups (one of the ab exercises everyone knows), it's quite easy to push from your legs and swing your arms up and down. This means you hardly have to contract your abdominal muscles, but it also increases the arch of your lower back, putting more pressure on it. The result: you're not training your abdominal muscles, but you are experiencing lower back pain. So make sure you're getting all the power from your abdominal muscles with every ab exercise you do. I create many ab workouts for you to do. This is great for variety, but also good for your body's well-being. Your body gets the most out of breaking a routine. If you always do the same exercises, your body will find them easier to handle. But because we do so many different (abdominal) exercises, your body is constantly receiving new stimuli to process.
