Digital influencer Maria Alzira Teodoro Luiz, known as the "queen of the countryside," was found shot dead in her home in rural Mutum, Minas Gerais, moments after a live broadcast while having breakfast. At 43 years old, Alzira was a farmer who tended her crops alone on weekends, residing with her youngest daughter in the city. Her sister Luciane, who lives in Greater São Paulo, revealed the close relationship between the two and expressed concerns about envy, highlighting the growth of Alzira's social media presence and her agricultural prosperity. Witnesses report that two men on a motorcycle, wearing balaclavas and helmets, arrived at Alzira's house and fired at least three shots before fleeing. Previous incidents, such as an attempted break-in at her property and the shooting death of her dog, had already been reported.
