The plaintiff says she sold the defendant a puppy and had him neutered, but he passed away. The plaintiff claims she told the defendant to wait till the dog was 18 months old, so she’s suing. The defendant claims the puppy was inbred and had tangled intestines, so he died after surgery. She’s countersuing for the cost of the dog and emergency vet bills. Case 29-060
