Losing Control

The plaintiffs say the defendant’s dog got out of her house attacked their mini poodle while they were out on a walk. She needed surgery, but the defendant refuses to take responsibility, so they’re suing for the vet bills. The defendant says the plaintiff’s dog was peeing on their lawn, so her dog went out to introduce himself. She denies her dog attacked, and says there was no fighting, no blood, and no biting.
