Stealing Dog

The plaintiff says the defendant is her ex-boyfriend. She alleges he stole her dog and now she’s in therapy. She alleges he ruined her life, so she’s suing him for the cost of the dog and therapy bills. The defendant says the dog is his. He paid for the dog and even rescued her from going to the pound in Europe after the plaintiff abandoned her. 26-361
