Take notes of the ingredients: Chocolate genoise: 4 large eggs. 100 grams of sugar. (1/2 cup approx.) 90 grams of All purpose flour. (3/4 cup approx.) 15 grams of cocoa powder (1/4 cup approx.) The Leches: 400 ml. of evaporated milk. (1 can) 150 ml. of condensed milk. (1/2 can approx.) 300 ml. of heavy cream. Chocolate chantilly: 250 ml. of heavy cream. 10 grams of icing sugar. (1 tablespoon approx.) 10 grams of cocoa powder.
