LECHE ASADA | Clásica vs Gourmet | Dasilé

Leche asada is like the Latin American cousin of Creme brulee or at least I think so. It has the base of a flan but with a burnt layer on top ... that's why it is called as such ... it is said that it comes out roasted (furious) from the oven 😅. Anyway, I show you two ways to make it, one classic and one more Gourmet. Write down the Ingredients: Ingredients: Classic: 4 large eggs. 500 ml. of Whole Milk. 100 grams of sugar. 1 teaspoon of vanila extract. Gourmet: 400 ml. of Whole Milk. 1 piece of orange zest. Cinnamon stick. Cloves. 3 yolks 1 egg. 80 grams of sugar. (1/2 cup approx.). Cook in the oven in a bain-marie. The temperature can range from 160 to 180 ° C. It depends on the power of each oven. After 45 minutes, they should be ready. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you have any questions or any other type of opinion, I will answer it in the comments.
