I'll show you the trick folks get wrong — scraps submerged in the first weeks, the jar breathing through cloth the whole time — plus how to tell the good cloudy "mother" from fuzzy mold that means throw it out. ⚠️ Honest safety note in the video: this vinegar is wonderful for cleaning, cooking, and dressings, but you must NOT use it for canning — safe canning needs a known, measured acidity (usually 5%), and homemade vinegar varies batch to batch.
