40 min No REPEAT Upper Body + Abs Strength Training | Arms, Shoulders, Chest, Back, & Abs!

Today we are building muscle in the upper body and abs in a no-repeat strength training workout! This workout is TOUGH, but fun! I love a combo workout of abs and upper body and this one will not disappoint! We are building muscle in the chest, back, shoulders, arms, and abs! This workout requires minimal equipment, only your dumbbells, and optional, your wrist weights. When selecting a weight, it should be on the heavier side, this is relative to you, but you'll know if you picked the right weight if the entire duration of the set is challenging! 30-MINUTE CHEST & BACK WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED DUMBBELLS- When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy to heavy! It should feel challenging through the entire set. I used a range from 10lbs to 20lbs / 4.5 to 9kg.
