It's all about the arms and shoulders in this 30-minute strength training workout!! This is the perfect at-home workout to build definition in your upper body because you only need your dumbbells for this training session! This workout will build both muscle mass and muscular endurance! The main focus is building definition in the biceps, triceps, and shoulders!
